PROJECT321EXPLOSION is currently taking time off from touring Oz to focus on recording there debut and making waves overseas, but they will be back early 2010 and ready to party. -WALSH

project321explosion have developed a menagerie of sounds; three part vocals, guitar, keys, drums, beats synths and sequences bend music to a shape which fits your ear.  Their funtime electro skiffle has been influenced by such bands as Pheonix, Hot Chip and Broken Social Scene.  This sound is celebrated in their charismatic live shows in which the band use all they've got to get what you've got going.  Lead vocalist Walsh sings in fever pitch, whilst the boys shimmy shake their way through a set of tightly wound pop licks.  The band has been playing shows around Melbourne throughout 2007 and are currently recording an EP.  In a creative and collaborative band environment project321explosion produces songs both exciting and endearing.  The five members all in their mid twenties contribute to the intricately layered songs, creating a sound which they have labeled “electro skiffle”
