Australian based pop band Stray formed in Sydney at the end of 2006. Sharing the same passion for Pop music, they combined their talents and blended a mix of 80’s funk inspired bass lines, organic feel of RnB and the current Electro Pop/Rock dimension to create a sound which could be easily marketed to the commercial music fan.

Singer Alessandro Gaudiosi and multi-instrumentalist Phil Lombardo shared similar influences and naturally elected to write, produce and perform original music aimed specifically at the top 40 charts.

Stray resorted to pop music’s most influential phenomena’s in Prince, Michael Jackson, The Neptunes and Will I am as well as continually studying the country’s top 10 chart to create a radio friendly sound of hard hitting drums, sexy vocals, epic bass lines and contemporary synth-

Their debut EP titled ‘Sex, Love and Neon Lights’ features 5 tracks which represent sex, club life, sin, temptation and self-confidence… Girls, women and ‘pretty lady’s’ are the centre of attention on this record that attracted over 18000 profile viewers on their myspace.

As well as being perfectionist in the studio, stray have mastered a live show which includes flamboyant performance and musicality at the highest level. Switching between instruments, Stray is versatile and always fresh in sound and set up. Their live shows continue to grow and their networks continue to expand-
